Gutter Cleaning
Clogged gutters cause water to back up under shingles and rot fascia and siding. As part of the program, we clean gutters and downspouts when safely accessible, helping ensure proper drainage and protecting your roof and home from water damage.
Detailed Inspection Report

How often is the inspection performed?
The inspection is performed once per year as part of the program. This annual check helps identify issues early, before they turn into leaks or costly repairs.
What happens if you find a problem with my roof?
If we identify any issues, we’ll clearly explain what we found and provide recommendations. You’re never obligated to move forward with repairs. If you do choose to proceed, you’ll receive a $99 repair credit applied to any repair estimate provided by SlopePro Roofing.
Does the program automatically renew?
Yes, the Roof Maintenance Program renews annually for your convenience. Either party may cancel by providing written notice at least 30 days prior to the renewal date.
Is this program worth it if my roof seems fine?
Yes. Most roof damage isn’t visible from the ground and often goes unnoticed until water damage occurs. The program is designed to prevent surprise repairs, extend the life of your roof, and give you peace of mind—even when everything appears fine.
